Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is an additive manufacturing process, in which an object is built by selectively depositing melted material in a layer-by-layer fashion based on the 3D model. The materials used are thermoplastic polymers and come in the form of filaments.
At ProtoZone, we use the latest FDM technology and have both Desktop as well as industrial-grade FDM machines.
Materials we can print:
- ABS
Post-Processing:
Sanding, Polishing, Priming and Painting
